Karima Al-Hawiti

Karima Al-Hawiti is a PhD student in the Cavendish Laboratory at the University of Cambridge, where she is supervised by Dr Ibrahim Dar. Her research focuses on the nucleation and crystallisation of halide perovskite semiconductors, and she is particularly interested in how low-dimensional systems influence the thermodynamic stability and photophysical properties of 3D perovskite framework. Karima has completed both her undergraduate and a master’s degree in Solid-State Physics.
